Redirect 3.5% of your income tax.

Why to redirect the 3.5% tax?

If you are an employee, you have the option to redirect 3.5% of your income tax towards our projects. This does not involve any additional costs for you, just the redirection of part of the state budget to a cause you support.

The redirected tax is not a sponsorship or a donation, but a legal option through which you can support a foundation, an association, or a non-profit entity like ours.

Alternatives for the Form 230

Step 1: Download the form
  • The required form is Declaration 230, which can only be completed by individuals whose income comes exclusively from salaries.

  • If you prefer to complete the declaration directly at the Tax Administration or download it from the ANAF website, you must manually fill in our details:

    • Non-profit entity name: Wings of Hope Association.

Step 2: Complete the form'
  • After downloading the form, fill it out with your identification details in the section dedicated to the taxpayer.
Step 3: Sign and submit the form
  • The completed and signed form must be submitted by May 25, to the Tax Administration office where you are registered with your residence.

How can you submit the form?

It's simple. You chose through any of the following options:

A. In person at the ANAF counter
B. By mail
  • If you don\'t have time to go in person, you can send the form by mail with delivery confirmation.
  • The fee charged by the Romanian Post for this service is approximately 6.30 RON for an envelope weighing up to 20g.

C. Online
  • If you have a digital signature, you can complete the declaration online on the ANAF website.
  • If you do not have a digital signature, you can create a user account on the ANAF website.
D. Submission by authorization
  • If you live in Bucharest or another county, you can request an authorization form by Email: blue42wings@yahoo.ca, and a representative will submit the form on your behalf.
